A registered foreign limited liabilitycompany shall sign and deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there isa change in any of the following: 1. Its name or alternate name. 2. Itsjurisdiction of formation, unless its registration is deemed to have been withdrawn under section 489.908 or transferred under section 489.910. 3. An address required by section 489.903, subsection 1, paragraph “c”. 4. The information required by section 489.903, subsection 1, paragraph “d”.
