A person named in a filedstatement of authority granting that person authority may deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of denial that does allof the following: 1. Provides the name of the limited liability company and the caption of the statement of authority to which the statement of denial pertains. 2. Denies the grant of authority. 3. Certifies to the secretary of state that the person denying authority has sent a copy of the statement of denial to the limited liabilitycompany, including the date on which the copy was sent.
