The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed document relating to a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company as follows: a. One dollar a page for copying. b. Five dollars for the certificate. 4. The secretary of state may impose, assess, and collect a filing fee as a condition to accepting a biennial report as provided in section 489.212.
