1. Ifa registered agent changes its name or address, the agentmay deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of change that states all of the following: a. The name of the limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company represented by the registered agent. b. The name of the agent as currently shown in the records of the secretary of state for the limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company. c. Ifthe name of the agent has changed, its new name. d. Ifthe address of the agent has changed, its new address. 2. A registered agent promptly shall furnish notice to the represented limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company of the filing by the secretary of state of the statement of change and the changes made by the statement.
