A professional limited liability company may elect to no longer be a professional limited liabilitycompany but continue its existence as a limited liabilitycompany by filing with the secretary of state an amendment to or restatement of itscertificate of organization that states that the limited liability company is no longer a professional limited liability company and amending its name to no longer indicate itis a professional limited liability company.
