A professional limited liability company shall not be required to register with or to obtain any license, registration, certificate, or other legal authorization from a regulating board in order to practice a profession. Except as provided in this section, this subchapter does not restrict or limit in any manner the authority or duties of any regulating board with respect to an individual practicing a profession which is within the jurisdiction of the regulating board, even ifthe individual is a member, manager, employee, or agent of a professional limited liabilitycompany or foreign professional limited liability company and practices the individual’s profession through such professional limited liability company.
