The commission shall keep a record of allpermits granted and issued by the commission, showing when and towhom the permits were issued and thelocation and route of the pipeline orlinesorgas storagearea covered. When any transfer of apermit has beenmade as provided in this chapter, the commission shall also note upon its record the date of the transfer and the name and address of the transferee.
