Long distance companies shall furnish equal facilities to any local exchange within the state desiring same, and to that end shall immediately make, or at the option of the long distance company, shall immediately permit to be made under its direction and atreasonably accessible places tobe designated by such long distance company, the necessary connections between said local exchange and said long distance company telephone system to effect the furnishing of equal facilities to such local exchange. §477.12, TELEGRAPH AND TELEPHONES — CABLE SYSTEMS 4
