The petition shall set forth: 1. An intelligible description, by congressional subdivision or otherwise, of the lands suggested for inclusion in the district. 2. That said lands are subject to overfloworare toowet for cultivation or subject to erosion or flood danger. 3. That the public benefit, utility,health, convenience, or welfare will be promoted by the suggested improvements. 4. The suggested starting point, route, terminus and lateral branches of the proposed improvements. 5. In the event the petitioners request a classification before the establishment of the district, the petition shall include a request that the district be classified as provided in sections 468.38 through 468.44 after the board has approved the report of the engineer as a tentative plan but before the district is finally established.
