In lieu of making the record as provided insection 468.623, any landowner may filewith the county recorder the original plat used inthe establishment of the drainage system, or a copy of the plat, which shall be certified by the engineer having made the same. If practicable, a plat filedunder this section shall be made a matter of record and shall contain the applicable entries specified in sections 558.49 and 558.52. CS89, §468.626
