Such trustees shall, from time to time, and with reasonable promptness, furnish the auditor ofeach county in which any part of said district issituated, with a correct report of their acts and proceedings, which report shall be signed by the chairperson and the clerk of the board and shall be recorded by the auditor in the drainage record, and shall be published in one officialpaper in the county having a general circulation in the district.
