The treasurer shall standcharged onthe treasurer’sofficialbond with allbonds so delivered tothe treasurer and theproceeds thereof. The treasurer shall report underoath to theboard of supervisors, ateach firstregular session thereof ineach month, a statement of allsuch bonds sold or exchanged by the treasurer since the treasurer’s lastreport and the date of such sale or exchange and when exchanged a description of the indebtedness for which exchanged.
