Time of report — notice of hearing

When said commissioners are appointed, the board shall, by proper order, fix the time when the commissioners shall report their findings, but a report filed within thirty days of the time so fixed shall be deemed a compliance with said order. On the filingof said report, the board shall fix a time for hearing thereon, and itshall give notice thereof to the auditor of the county in which the land to be assessed for such work islocated by certified mail; said county auditor shall thereupon immediately notify by certified mail the board of supervisors, and board or boards of trustees of the districts having supervision thereof, as to said hearing on said commissioner’s report. In those instances where two or more districts are under the supervision of the same board, or joint board if the district is intercounty, the notice shall be given to alllandowners affected as prescribed in sections 468.14 through 468.18.
