The state geologist and the state geologist’s assistants shall make detailed maps and reports ofcounties and districts as fast as the work iscompleted, which reports shall embrace such geological, mineralogical, topographical, and scientific details as are necessary to make complete records thereof, which may include the necessary illustrations, maps, charts, and diagrams.
