Examination certificate — fee

Upon application and payment of a fee determined by the board, the county medical examiner shall provide an examination certificate to the person requesting itand filea copy of the certificate in the medical examiner’s office. The certificate isnot required in the case of a stillborn infant if a physician was present at the stillbirth and the cause of the stillbirth, as certified by the attending physician as provided in chapter 144, does not require an investigation by a medical examiner.
