1. Theboard shallholdits firstmeeting of each year on the firstday in January which isnot aSaturday, Sundayorholiday and shallholdall subsequent meetings of theyear as scheduled by the board. All meetings of the board shall be scheduled and conducted in compliance with chapter 21. 2. Ifaquorum ofthe board fails toappear at a meeting, the clerk shall adjournthe meeting from day to day until a quorum ispresent.
