A copy of every retail installment contract shall be furnished to the buyer at the time of the execution of the contract. An acknowledgment by the buyer contained in the body of the retail installment contract of the delivery of a copy thereof shall be conclusive proof of delivery in anyaction or proceeding by or against anyassignee of a retailinstallment contract.
