1. The county board of supervisors may adopt, amend, or repeal traffic ordinances to regulate or prohibit the standing or parkingof vehicles within theright-of-wayof any highway under its jurisdiction. 2. Any person violating a traffic ordinance adopted under this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not to exceed twenty-five dollars, or be imprisoned not to exceed seven days in the county jail. The form and style of the information shall be in the name of the county and as against the person in violation of the traffic ordinance.
