1. Notice of any order made pursuant to section 317.13 shall be given by one publication inthe official newspapers of the county and shall be directed to all property owners. 2. The notice shall state: a. The time for destruction. b. The manner of destruction, ifother than cutting above the surface of the ground. c. That, unless the order iscomplied with, the weed commissioner shall cause the weeds tobe destroyed and the cost of destroying the weeds willbe taxed against the real estate on which the noxious weeds are destroyed.
