Ifa sale of land in connection with a primary road, state park road, or institutional road has been authorized asprovided in this chapter, written conveyances containing the conditionsas prescribed by thecontrolling stateagency shall be madein the nameof the stateandsignedby the governor and secretary of state, with the great seal of the state of Iowa attached. If a sale ofland in connection with a secondary road has been authorized by the board of supervisors as provided in thischapter, written conveyances containing the provisions prescribed by the board of supervisors shall be made in the name of the county and signed by the chairperson of the board of supervisors and the county auditor.
