In developing administrative rules for consideration by the state board, the department shall consult with stakeholders who might reasonably be affected by the proposed rule, including persons representing teachers, administrators, school boards, approved practitioner preparation institutions, and other appropriate education stakeholders. §39; 2007 Acts, ch 108, §34, 35; 2016 Acts, ch 1036, §13
