There iscreated in the office of the treasurer of state a fund to be known as the livestock disease research fund. Moneys in the fund are appropriated for use by the college of veterinary medicine to conduct research of diseases affecting livestock. Any balance in said fund on June 30 of each fiscalyear shall revert to the general fund.
