The Iowa state board ofregents ishereby authorized and empowered to receive the grants ofmoney appropriated under the Smith-Lever Act; and to organize and conduct agricultural extension work which shall be carried on in connection with the Iowa state university of science and technology, in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in that Act of Congress.
