Ifthe interest earned on moneys accumulated by campus organizations at the university of Iowa isnot available for expenditureby those respective campusorganizations, the university of Iowa shall allocate that interest to campus improvements that are of benefit to students and have been accepted by the student government or tothe student financial aid office to be used for the work-study program.
