The state board of regents shall govern the following institutions: 1. The state university of Iowa, including the university of Iowa hospitals and clinics. 2. The Iowa state university of science and technology, including the agricultural experiment station. 3. The university of northern Iowa. 4. The Oakdale campus. 5. The university of Iowa hospitals and clinics’ center for disabilities and development.
