Committees and administrative offices under board

The board ofregents shall also have and exercise allthe powers necessary and convenient forthe effective administration ofits officeand of the institutions under itscontrol, and to this end may create such committees, offices and agencies from itsown members or others, and employ persons to staffthe same, fix their compensation and tenure and delegate thereto, or tothe administrative officers and faculty of the institutions under itscontrol, such part of the authority and duties vested by statute in the board, and shall formulate and establish such rules, outline such policies and prescribe such procedures therefor, allas may be desired or determined by the board as recorded in their minutes.
