Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired program

Any resident of the state under twenty-one years of age who isblind or visually impaired shall be entitled to receive the services of the Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired program. The department shall coordinate with area education agencies and school districts on the provision of these services for any eligible student.
