The provisions of the Act of Congress known as the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006, codified at20 U.S.C. §2301 etseq., as amended, and the benefit of allfunds appropriated under said Act and all other Acts pertaining to career and technical education, are accepted.
