Career and technical education instruction — nonpublic schools

A nonpublic school thatprovides an educational program that includes grades ninethrough twelve shall offer and teach five units of career and technical education subjects, which may include, but are not limited to, programs, services, and activities which prepare students for employment in occupations relating to service areas specified in section 256.11, subsection 5, paragraph “h”. Instruction shall be competency-based, articulated with postsecondary programs of study, and may include field,laboratory, or on-the-job training.
