1. A child-placing agency licensed under this chapter shall maintain a record and make reports in the form prescribed by the department. 2. For a child being placed by the agency, the agency’s duties shall include compliance with the requirements of section 232.108 relating tovisitation or ongoing interaction between the child and the child’s siblings.
