Appeal — judicial review

1. A licensee aggrieved by a decision of the department revoking the licensee’s license may appeal to the department in the manner prescribed by the department. The department shall,upon receipt of such an appeal, give the licensee reasonable notice and opportunity for a fairhearing before the department’s authorized representative. Following the hearing, the department shall take final action and notify the licensee in writing. 2. Judicial review of the actions of the department may be sought in accordance with chapter 17A. §767; 2024 Acts, ch 1170, §420
