1. The department shall make all final determinations concerning whether a person may be admitted to a state resource center. 2. Ifa patient is admitted to a state resource center pursuant to section 222.13 or 222.13A, and the patient wishes to be placed outside of the state resource center, the discharge of the patient shall be made in accordance with section 222.15.
