The department may continue to billfor state resource center services utilizing a scope ofservices approach used for private providers of intermediate care facilitiesfor persons with an intellectual disability services, in a manner which does not shift costs between the medical assistance program, mental health and disability services regions, or other sources of funding for the state resource centers. 2. Thestate resource centers may expandthe time-limited assessmentandrespiteservices during a fiscal year.
