Ifadministration is not granted within one year from the date of the death of the decedent, andthe valueof the estate ofthe decedentis sosmall as tomake the grantingof administration inadvisable, then delivery of the money and other property leftby the decedent may be made to the surviving spouse and heirs of the decedent.
