Commissioners shall bepaid a per diem asspecifiedin section 7E.6 and shall bereimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred while on official commission business. All per diem and expense moneys paid to commissioners shall be paid from funds appropriated to the office. The commission shall adopt, amend, or rescind procedures as necessary for the conduct of itsmeetings. A quorum shall consist of three commissioners. C93, §216.4
