1. A person who uses or displays for use any commercial weighing and measuring device §214.2, COMMERCIAL WEIGHING AND MEASURING DEVICES — MOTOR FUEL PUMPS 2 must be issued a license by the department for that device. The department shall issue the license after inspecting the device. 2. a. Except asprovided in paragraph “b”, a license issued under subsection 1 shall expire on December 31 of each year. b.
