The divisionmayadopt rules toimplement the provisions of this chapter. The administrator or the administrator’s designee may enter atall times upon any mine site or suspected mine sitefor the purpose of determining whether the operator isor has been complying with the provisions of this chapter. All operators shall cooperate with the division in seeking methods of operation which will cause minimum disruption to the land and property adjoining a mining operation. C93, §208.26
