1. Collective bargaining agreements shall be in writing and shall be signed by the parties. 2. A copy of a collective bargaining agreement entered into between a public employer anda certified employee organization and made final under this chapter shall be filedwith the board by the public employer within ten days of the date on which the agreement is entered into. 3. Copies of collective bargaining agreements entered into between the state and the state employees’ bargaining representatives and made final under this chapter shall be filed with the secretary of state and be made available to the public at cost. 4. The board shall maintain an internet site that allows searchable access to a database of collective bargaining agreements and other collective bargaining information.
