1. Except as provided in subsection 2, a person who, in person or by an agent or employee, willfully violates any requirement of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. 2. A person in violation of section 194.3A issubject to the same civilpenalty as applied to that person as provided in section 192.113. C89, §194.25
