An application fora permittodealinbiological productsshall be accompaniedby aseparate bond for each place of business, with sureties to be approved by the department, in the sum of fivethousand dollars for each place of business, which bond shall be conditioned: 1. To faithfully comply with alllaws governing the warehousing, sale, and distribution of biological products, and with all the rules of the department relating to such biological products. 2. To indemnify any person who uses any such biological products sold by the principal and is damaged by the negligence of the principal, or any of the principal’s agents, in the warehousing, handling, sale, or distribution of such biological products. 3.
