1. The public members of a board shall be allowed to participate in administrative, clerical, or ministerial functions incident to giving the examination, but shall not determine the content of the examination or determine the correctness of the answers. 2. A member of the board shall not disclose information relating to any of the following: a. The contents of the examination. b. The examination results other than final score except for information about the results of an examination which isgiven to the person who took the examination. 3. A member of the board who willfully communicates or seeks to communicate such information, and any person who willfully requests, obtains, or seeks to obtain such information, is guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
