1. Schedule IV shall consist of the drugs and other substances, by whatever officialname, common or usual name, chemical name, or brand name designated, listed in this section. 2. Narcotic drugs. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any of the following narcotic drugs, or their salts calculated as the free anhydrous base or alkaloid, in limited quantities as set forth below: a. Not more than one milligram of difenoxin and not less than twenty-five micrograms of atropine sulfate per dosage unit. b. Dextropropoxyphene (alpha-(+)-4-dimethylamino-1,2-diphenyl-3-methyl-2- propionoxybutane). c. 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol, its salts, optical and geometric isomers and salts of these isomers (including tramadol). 3. Depressants. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances, including its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers whenever the existence of such salts,isomers, and salts of isomers ispossible within the specific chemical designation: a. Alprazolam. b. Barbital. c. Bromazepam. d. Camazepam. e. Carisoprodol. f. Chloral betaine. g. Chloral hydrate. h. Chlordiazepoxide. i. Clobazam. j. Clonazepam. k. Clorazepate. l. Clotiazepam. m. Cloxazolam. n. Delorazepam. o. Diazepam. p. Dichloralphenazone. q. Estazolam. r. Ethchlorvynol. s. Ethinamate. t. Ethyl Loflazepate. u. Fludiazepam. v. Flunitrazepam. w. Flurazepam. x. Halazepam. y. Haloxazolam. z. Ketazolam. aa. Loprazolam. ab. Lorazepam. ac. Lormetazepam. ad. Mebutamate. ae. Medazepam. af. Meprobamate. ag. Methohexital. ah. Methylphenobarbital (mephobarbital). ai. Midazolam. aj. Nimetazepam. ak. Nitrazepam. al. Nordiazepam. am. Oxazepam. an. Oxazolam. ao. Paraldehyde. ap. Petrichloral. aq. Phenobarbital. ar. Pinazepam. as. Prazepam. at. Quazepam. au. Temazepam. av. Tetrazepam. aw. Triazolam. ax. Zaleplon. ay. Zolpidem. az. Zopiclone. ba. Fospropofol. bb. Alfaxalone. bc. Suvorexant. bd. Brexanolone. be. Lemborexant. bf. Remimazolam. bg. Daridorexant. bh. Zuranolone. 4. Lorcaserin. Any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of lorcaserin, including its salts, isomers, and salts of such isomers, whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers ispossible. 5. Stimulants. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances having a stimulant effect on the central nervous system, including its salts, isomers and salts of isomers: a. Cathine [(+)-norpseudoephedrine]. b. Diethylpropion. c. Fencamfamin. d. Fenproporex. e. Mazindol. f. Mefenorex. g. Pemoline (including organometallic complexes and chelates thereof). h. Phentermine. i. Pipradrol. j. SPA ((-)-1-dimethylamino-1,2-diphenylethane). k. Modafinil. l. Sibutramine. m. Solriamfetol (2-amino-3-phenylpropyl carbamate; benzenepropanol, beta-amino-, carbamate (ester). n. Serdexmethylphenidate. 6. Other substances. Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixtureor preparation which contains any quantity ofthe following substances, including itssalts: a. Pentazocine. b. Butorphanol (including itsoptical isomers). c. Eluxadoline (5-[[[(2S)-2-amino-3-[4-aminocarbonyl)-2,6-dimethylphenyl]-1- oxopropyl][(1S)-1-(4-phenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)ethyl]amino]methyl]-2-methoxybenzoic acid) (including its optical isomers) and its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers.
