Undertakings of bonds for abatement shall immediately after filing by the clerk of the district court be docketed and entered upon the lien index as required for judgments in civil cases, and fromthe timeof such entries shall be liens uponreal estate of thepersons executing the same, with like effect as judgments in civil actions.
