Iowa Code § 123.70

Injunction against bootlegger

A bootlegger as defined in section 123.59 may be restrained by injunction from doing or continuing to do any of the acts prohibited herein, and allthe proceedings for injunctions, temporary and permanent, and for punishments for violation of the same as prescribed herein, shall be applicable to such person, and the fact that an offender has no known or permanent place of business, or base of supplies, or quits the business after the commencement of an action, shall not prevent a temporary or permanent injunction, as the case may be, from issuing.
