1. A person holding a special class “B” retailnative wine license may sellnative wine only atretail for consumption off the premises. Native wine shall be sold for consumption off the premises in original containers. 2. A special class “B” retail native wine licensee having more than one place of business where wine is sold shall obtain a separate license for each place of business.
