Authority under class “A” wine permit

1. A person holding a class “A” wine permit maymanufacture and sell,or sell at wholesale, wine for consumption off the premises. Sales within the state may be made only to persons holding a class “A” wine permit and to persons holding a retail alcohol license. However, if the person holding the class “A” permit is a manufacturer of native wine, the person may sell only native wine to a person holding a retail alcohol license. A person holding a class “A” wine permit may sell wine to distributors outside of the state that are authorized by the laws ofthat jurisdiction to sell wine at wholesale. A class “A” wine permittee having more than one place of business shall obtain a separate permit for each place of business where wine is to be manufactured, stored, warehoused, or sold. 2. A class “A” wine permit holder may purchase and resellonly those brands of wine which are manufactured, fermented, bottled, shipped, or imported by a person holding a certificate of compliance issued pursuant to section 123.180. §79, 80, 88
