It isa simple misdemeanor for any corporation, common carrier, person, or any agent or employee thereof: 1. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer to any person other than to the consignee. 2. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer withouthaving the same properlyrecorded as provided in section 123.103. 3. To deliver any alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer where there is reasonable ground to believe that such alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer is intended for unlawful use.
