Sec. 3. (a) If the manufactured home dealer's established place of business is a nonresidential sales lot, it must meet the requirements for new or used motor vehicle dealers as prescribed by the secretary under rules adopted under IC 4-22-2 . (b) If the manufactured home dealer's established place of business is a manufactured home community, it must meet location standards required by the Indiana department of health.
