Application for manufactured home dealer license; conditions; fees

Sec. 1. (a) To apply for a license under this article, a manufactured home dealer must submit an application to the secretary. An application for a license must: (1) meet the requirements under IC 9-32-11-2 ; and (2) be accompanied by payment of the fee under subsection (d).       (b) An application for a license as a manufactured home dealer must show whether the applicant dealer is a manufactured home community or a nonresidential sales lot.       (c) If the applicant dealer is a manufactured home community, the application must contain the following: (1) The name and contact information of the park operator. (2) A copy of the license issued by the Indiana department of health.       (d) The fee for a license for a manufactured home dealer is thirty dollars ($30). The fee is nonrefundable and shall be retained by the secretary.
