Dealer plates and registration cards for demonstration or test of watercrafts

Sec. 8. (a) A watercraft dealer licensed by the secretary under this article may, upon successful application to the secretary, obtain dealer license plates and registration cards for use in the testing or demonstrating of watercraft.       (b) Two (2) dealer license plates must be displayed within a watercraft that is being tested or demonstrated while the watercraft is being tested or demonstrated.       (c) A transfer dealer or automobile auction company licensed by the secretary under this article may request dealer license plates under subsection (a).       (d) The fee to obtain a dealer license plate and registration card under subsection (a) is ten dollars ($10).       (e) The secretary shall retain the fee collected under this section.
